How do I register?

You can register by clicking on the "Sign Up" link at the top right corner of the homepage. Please provide the information in the form that appears. You can review the terms and conditions, provide your payment mode details and submit the registration information.


Do I have to necessarily register on Freshtogo.in to start shopping?

You can surf and add products to the cart without registration but only registered shoppers will be able to checkout and place orders. Registered members have to be logged in at the time of checking out the cart, they will be prompted to do so if they are not logged in.


Can I have multiple registration?

Each email address and contact phone number can only be associated with only one account.


What is My Account?

My Account is the section you reach after you log in at Freshtogo.in. My Account allows you to track your active orders, as well as see your order history and update your contact details.


I think I may have forgotten my password, what do I do?

Not to worry Because You need to click on the Login page, then enter your registered phone number and Click “Log in” Button and One Time Password (OTP) will be sent to your phone number. You have to submit that OTP. You can login through that One Time Password (OTP), In case of any further issues please contact our customer support team.


What are the modes of payment?

You can pay for your order on Freshtogo.in using the following modes of payment:

Is there any extra delivery charges?

Delivery charges are depended on Order Value, there are two types of delivery charges slab are their 1st Slab of Rs. 34 Delivery charges will be added on Order value of Rs. 200 to Rs. 500 & 2nd Slab of Rs. 23 Delivery charges will be added on Order value of Rs. 501 to Rs. 800.


Do you deliver at my area? How do I check?

At top left corner of the website you can find “Check Pincode Availability” option where you can enter your pin code & find delivery at you pin code is available or not.


What is the system of delivery in Freshtogo.in?

We have a dedicated team of delivery personnel operating across the city which ensure timely and accurate delivery to our customers.


 Can I place my order over phone?

No, you can only place your order through our website/app and for order related query call our customer support desk.


How will I ask for refund/replacement for any wrong delivered products?

After the delivery is done you will be able to see two options Replacement or Refund You can select the item and choose any one option as per your requirement then our team will contact you & they will initiate your refund & replacement request as per our guideline they will approve your request or You can mail us to support@freshtogo.in or call our customer support desk ask for refund/replacement.


What is minimum order amount?

Minimum order amount should be Rs.200/- to place an order.


What are the delivery slots?

There are four delivery slots to choose from. Delivery slots are as follows:

  • 8 AM - 10AM
  • 10 AM –12PM
  • 12 PM –2 PM
  • 2 PM –4 PM
  • 4 PM –6 PM
  • 6 PM –8 PM


How do I get my money back in case I return wrong delivered products or I am not satisfied with the delivered products ?

If the payment has been made online then the money will be credited to your account or your freshtogo wallet (as per your request) & if it is a Cash on Delivery order or UPI on Delivery order then money will be refunded to your freshtogo wallet.


What will I do in case am not satisfied with the delivered products?

If you are not satisfied with the delivered products, you can return the product at the time of delivery or you can initiate a refund/replacement request for the product within 24hours of delivery as per our guidelines.


How do I change my shipping address?

First you have to login, then go to My Account section, then click on personal details, then go to change address, add new address & save it. Make this your new default address.


Can I add or remove products after placing my order?

Once you have placed your order you will get a buffer time of 30 mins to cancel your current order, after that you will be able to place a fresh order. For more information,please contact our customer support team.


Can I change delivery slot after placing my order?

Delivery slots cannot be changed by your application once the order is placed. In case of an urgent requirement for a change of slot please contact our customer support team and we will change the delivery slot as per your request.

No, there are no other charges/taxes over the price shown at the website/app.


How the fish& Meatare weighed?

The fish is weighted before cutting, cleaning & descaling. After cutting, cleaning & descaling actual weight of the fish will be less than the weight shown in website/app. Weight loss varies from 10-35% in respect to different fishes. We do not charge any extra for money for higher in weight than the weight shown in the website/app.


What is the difference between fresh / frozen meat?

Frozen meat is any meat which has been held in a frozen atmosphere and whose temperature has dropped below -4⁰ C. Fresh meat is meat straight from the animal, held in a chill atmosphere below 4⁰ C but above freezing temperature. Also, fresh meat is always ready for consumption right away. You don’t have to thaw it or wait for it to de-freeze.


Do you process Beef?

Nope. No beef whatsoever.


Can I apply multiple coupons on a single order?

No, you cannot club different coupons on a single order. Only one offer is applicable for a single order.


I received an incomplete order, what do I do?

I have not yet received my refund for online payment.

Once the refund process has been initiated, the amount will be returned to your bank account within 7 business days. If you haven’t received your refund within 7 business days, pleasecontact our customer support team.


Transaction money was deducted, but I did not get an order confirmation.

This generally happens due to an issue from your bank side, where the funds are held up. Typically, you should get an automatic refund within 72 hours. However, if you still want to clarify, please contact our customer support team.
