Return Policy

  • Pacific retail private limited (freshtogo.in) provides refund and replacement within 24hrs after delivery.
  • Pacific retail private limited (freshtogo.in) is liable to alter the products in case of wrong delivery or defective products.
  • Customer must check out the products when it will be delivered & he/she can return the wrong products during the time of delivery.
  • Pacific retail private limited (freshtogo.in) will not take any liability of sealed branded product after delivery. So, we advised you to check all the products at the time of delivery.
  • After delivery we will not entertain any issue related to these products.
  • In case few products are return back by the customer during the time of delivery, the price of returned product will be deducted from the invoice in delivery time.
  • In case of online payment price of returned product will be transferred in customer’s account within 7 business days varies upon bank to bank.
  • In case of replacement or refund customer have to return back the previous product to get the new product as replacement or money as refund.

  • In case you have cancelled your order, your payment will be refunded back to your bank. It will take 7 business days varies bank to bank.
